At Lazy Susan, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all furniture and decor items. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your space, we are here to help with a straightforward exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package over any old shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over the package to your local carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
